Big Isle Races move to Raphoe this Saturday

Letterkenny Races will finally go ahead this Saturday, 25th July, at a new location in Carrickadawson, Raphoe. The meeting was cancelled twice after heavy rain left the original Big Isle course unsuitable for racing. The first of seven races begins at 2.30pm, with open horse races, two derbies and a pony race on the card. Admission is €10 at the gate, with refreshments and bookmakers on site. Spectators are advised to arrive early to avoid traffic delays. The Eircode for the new venue is F93 E1XF.
