ER nurses at Steinbach hospital sound alarm over triage wait times, capacity

Dozens of nurses at a Steinbach-area hospital have signed an open letter to Manitoba political and health leaders about what they say are "excessive and unacceptable" long-standing safety risks, largely due to a lack of emergency room staff, but magnified by Winnipeg patients trying to avoid long waits in the city, their union president says.
