Santo Domingo. – The National Police reported the arrest of a man accused of persuading a 15-year-old teenager to leave her home and move in with him, in an incident that occurred in the Los Alcarrizos municipality. The detainee was identified as Víctor Rafael Soto Carrión , 27 years old, who was arrested by agents of the Department of Investigation of Trafficking and Smuggling of Persons of the National Police, following a complaint that initiated the investigations.
