The companies announced on July 29 that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) covering joint research and development, technology sharing, and collaboration on Physical AI-based robotics. At the heart of the partnership is the integration of NC AI's advanced AI models with Cemes Robotics' industrial robotics expertise. NC AI will enhance robots' ability to understand their surroundings and make autonomous decisions by leveraging its proprietary World Model technology, which predicts future states by understanding physical laws and environmental changes, along with its Robot Foundation Model (RFM), designed to enable general-purpose robotic intelligence. Cemes Robotics will contribute its extensive experience in AI-powered robotics, including Vision Foundation Models (VFM), Robot Foundation Models, and precision robot control technologies developed through years of deployment in manufacturing and logistics environments. The company will validate and optimize AI models using real-world industrial applications.
