Guided by a licensed art therapist, each session begins with a calming meditation, followed by a demonstration of that day’s unique art project. No art experience is needed. You’ll be supported every step of the way in a safe, welcoming space for exploration and self-expression. This program is offered year-round, every first Sunday and Wednesday of the month.
