ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -Students built and raced in cardboard boats Saturday for the third annual Cardboard Boat Regatta organized by Unleashed Potential. Students at Unleashed Potential’s summer camp were able to test their cardboard boats. First Alert 4’s Cory Stark was the emcee of the event. “On your marks. Get set. Go!” Stark said, announcing the start of the race. The event is designed to enhance students’ STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) skills through collaboration.
