Rachel Kohman selected for Leadership Missouri Class of 2026

Dr. Rachel Kohman, assistant dean of entrepreneurship education at Missouri S&T, has been selected to participate in the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s 2026 Leadership Missouri program. Leadership Missouri is a statewide leadership development program that has helped cultivate Missouri’s current and emerging leaders for more than 35 years by strengthening leadership skills and expanding participants’ understanding of the state’s economy, infrastructure, government and communities. Kohman is one of 28 professionals selected from businesses, educational institutions, government agencies and nonprofit organizations across Missouri for the 2026 class. The five-month program began July 8 in St. Louis and includes sessions in Joplin and Neosho, Jefferson City, Kansas City and the Lake of the Ozarks region, where participants will examine the opportunities and challenges facing Missouri while building relationships with fellow leaders from across the state. “Leadership Missouri is an opportunity to see our state through a different lens,” says Kara Corches, president and CEO of the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry. “This program gives participants a deeper understanding of Missouri and a network they can rely on long after the program ends.
