SkyLab Is Building the Infrastructure That Makes Enterprise AI Work

Connecting the infrastructure stack At the centre of SkyLab's approach are two proprietary platforms. FusionFlow is its infrastructure orchestration platform, coordinating resources across cloud, edge, GPU, data centre and enterprise environments through a unified control plane so provisioning, service lifecycle management, policy enforcement, multi-tenancy, usage visibility and billing can be managed across infrastructure that might otherwise be divided among separate tools, vendors and teams. COSAP, SkyLab's Corporate Operational Situation Awareness Platform, extends the same principle into the organisation. It brings together information, workflows and operational signals from across business functions, giving leaders and teams greater visibility into what is happening throughout the organisation. Together, the platforms address both sides of enterprise transformation: the infrastructure required to operate digital and AI services, and the organisational visibility required to act on the intelligence they produce. Closing the gap between capacity and capability Worldwide AI spending is forecast by Gartner (May 2026) to reach US$2.59 trillion in 2026, a 47 percent increase from the previous year. IDC's latest forecast places global AI infrastructure spending above US$1 trillion by 2029. Yet acquiring computing capacity, cloud resources or software platforms does not automatically create an AI-ready organisation. The harder task is making those investments work together. "Capacity is what an organisation owns. Capability is what it can repeatedly and reliably deliver," Ho says. "The value of infrastructure is realised only when it can support real services, users and business outcomes with the required levels of governance, performance and control." Closing this gap is central to SkyLab's work. One accountable view across the lifecycle SkyLab combines strategic advisory, proprietary platforms, architecture, engineering, integration and operational capabilities within a single delivery model, working with an ecosystem of technology partners rather than tying customers to a single vendor or predetermined stack. It remains involved across the lifecycle, from strategy and architecture through deployment, integration, orchestration, managed operations and continuous optimisation. "Customers should not have to become the integrator of their own transformation," Ho says. "Someone must maintain the end-to-end view and remain accountable for making the environment work." Its platform ecosystem supports more than 40,000 compute and GPU servers across approximately 200 data centres in over 20 countries, including sovereign cloud infrastructure in the Philippines and a GPU-as-a-Service environment in Korea. For enterprises, the goal is to turn AI infrastructure into usable organisational capability. For service providers, that infrastructure must also become a repeatable, commercially viable offering that can be provisioned, governed, measured, billed and scaled for their own customers. Beginning with the business outcome SkyLab does not begin an engagement with hardware, software or a predetermined architecture. "We start by asking what must be different for the organisation 12 months from now," Ho explains. "Only when the outcome is clear can the right technology environment be designed." Each environment is designed around the customer's objectives, existing investments, regulatory obligations and operational maturity. And because the AI ecosystem will keep evolving, SkyLab's vendor-agnostic approach separates the enduring operational requirements of the enterprise from technology choices that may change over time, an adaptable foundation that preserves choice while maintaining control. From infrastructure to intelligence SkyLab summarises its role through the tagline "From Infrastructure to Intelligence." Infrastructure provides capacity. Orchestration turns capacity into a manageable, scalable capability. Integration connects it with data, applications and workflows.
